I'll eat at pretty much any waffle house, but sometimes, it's not exactly the poster child for the health department in terms of cleanliness. From the employees to the upkeep of the kitchen area. I wonder how much faster it would expand if they had the exact same service model, except a small wall where you didn't see the cooks, whose only other job opportunity is janitor or garbage truck man, handling your food.

Those cooks never mess up my order and they usually have a lot going on.
