Ched is that spicy enough? 4 oz is like 1/2 cup. Otis is saying put 2 cups of the liquid Zatarains in. That's why I started this thread again to clarify what I thought I read last week.

taste the water. Start with less, add as you like. Don't forget lemons onions, and garlic.

underseasoned rarely means not spicy enough
it's easy to control spice level via soaking time but not really with salt
most underseasoned crawfish isn't salty enough

I just went look, it is an 8oz bottle. Sorry.

I don't like them super spicy, I think it's the perfect amount.
