In the summer of 2018 you'll have to convince Cousins to resign and AD to agree to the new extension. As fans we can take the long term view and see adding a star in 3+ years, but I guarantee AD/DC would be more motivated to resign by proven B players than potential A players that in 2018 would be C level at best.
