Bobacious BBQ on Mobberly in Longview is the original and the best. This is per my brother who cooks meats for a living out there. Apparently the others are franchised and only loosely related to the original. Basically no quality control and shitty.

Most of the Bodacious I've been to are solid.
Pittsburg Texas is famous for their hot links, and worth trying, but a fair drive north of 20.
ETA.. don't read the ingredients for the hot links.
