Well I don't see it as a poor use of resources.
For instance, illegal immigration is far greater threat to this country than IsIS could ever dream of being.

For years I've been advocating a very easy and cheap solution to Mexican illegal immigration. Land mines. They cost 4 dollars apiece. Trump could probably haggle it down to 3 dollars. Then some very cheap signage. The media will handle the marketing for free.
