Is Scar the biggest POS in all of the Disney Animated Films?

Dude murdered his brother and tried to murder his nephew, who was also a child.
He also single handedly fricked up the circle of life and brought down an entire region of Africa. On top of all of this his mannerisms were creepy as hell and he was also a traitor to his whole species by aligning with their sworn enemy, the hyenas.
He was an evil bastard and deserved to be eaten alive.

They named one kid Muphasa (Which means King in Swahili) and the other one Taka (Scar's real name which means Dirt or Trash in Swahili). What did they think was going to happen?

Scar is tough to beat, but if you think about it the guy from The Rescuers Down Under has to be up there. Who kidnaps a young boy, fakes his death, and has plans to kill him later on in the movie only to cover up your poaching crimes?

Scar actually had an understandable reason for being a jerk. I mean, it was all about power, and that makes sense.
Frollo and Deville, not so much. They are far more evil.
