Tommy's on Thomas for Pizza and beer on tap

Mariner's for good burgers/chicken sandwich

Brady's for soup/salad/sandwiches

La Carreta for Mexican

Cate Street Seafood for sushi/seafood/beer on tap

Trey Yuen for Chinese

Blackened Brew has much better beer selection and they clean their lines. I love Tommy's Pizza though

I'd also add:

Kirin for Hibachi- the lunch prices are fairly reasonable.

Lee's Diner- I think it has reopened. The chef salad is one of my favorite things to eat when I'm in Hammond. The shake is also pretty solid.
