but back the OP:

If your son is at that age to where he's fresh on the job, I would assume that he's fresh out of college. Have to say, at that age, it should be common sense for that generation to be overtly aware of the pitfalls of social media, especially someone who's willingly entering into a career with young people.

if this were someone my age or older, I could see where this is mistake of ignorance. However, with each passing day, you have to be pretty blind to current events to NOT know this is an issue

I agree that it fricking sucks and is stupid and a shame that this is the crap we have to deal with, but regardless, there it is
