re: Fish Tacos? Need Help!!

I like to marinate in creole mustard, olive oil, crushed garlic and lemon juice for 30 min to an hour and throw it on a really hot grill or cast iron straight from the marinade. Tacos dressed with some thin sliced cabbage tossed with some of the reserved marinade before the fish is added, sour cream blended with a few canned chipotle peppers, cilantro and hot taco sauce.
