I like how you don't link the actual tweet, because he's being lampooned for it. He linked a couple of pictures to support his argument, and the photographer joins in asking for a free trip.

Is there a country where there isn't SOME crime-ridden section?

The US has the 99th highest murder rate. Not too shabby.
Too bad Sweden is 169th. Significantly better than the US.
A person might claim Sweden has more rape than the US, but that is problematic because Sweden has a much broader definition of rape than America does. Murder, at least, is really straightforward.
