That neighborhood backs up to Burbank soccer and not anywhere near the sewerage plant, nor anywhere near the levee. Ever been to BR? Houses from $265k to $325k in that hood.

230-350k is a better range for Springlake. The next jump in the 70810 is 400+ easy.
