Eli won 24 games as a Starter his last 3 years, 1 10 win season.
Brees' never won more than 8 games a year at Purdue.
Dak's MSU teams were 10-3, losing 3 of last 4 and 9-4, losing 3 of last 4 in regular season.
For the poster that asked look at Purdue after they had 16 wins, winning 9 the next year. So they stayed the same. Then 3 years later in 05 Orton had left also, they went to the cellar.
My point is you do not have to be a double digit winner to be a good to great NFL QB.

You mentioned these guys and QBs that "Couldn't carry their team to victory in college". Not "guys that didn't win double digit games".
