What is the litmus test for being conservative on here?

Apparently I've been branded a leftist, which came as a shock to me.
Literally, the only two things I can think of that would've caused it are not caring what the gays do and not being fully erect over gun rights.

I know we've sparred on the OTB but you're mostly conservative. Don't love your 2A opinions but you're in law enforcement so I don't think we'd ever agree on this.
That being said, the board does overreach. I can't stand Obama and think he was a worse president than Bush (which takes a lot) but he had some actions that were good. That got me downvoted into oblivion.

The most basic test is the power of govt vs. the freedom of the individual.
If you think govt should take care of you then you're a liberal. If you think you should take care of your own damn self then you are conservative.

there are a few holy grail issues (regardless of how right you lean) that will get you branded as an alter, CTR shill, or lefty here..
1) don't support israel
2) don't support police brutality and/or militarization
3) support being good stewards of our environment
4) support open borders
5) support gay marriage
