Nope

16 year olds shouldn't be allowed to drive though IMO.

Even the age of consent in most states is 17 or even 16 (maybe lower in some states).

So, you could be fricking like a rabbit for 5 years, but don't drink a beer.

Some states license them at 15.

I got my motorcycle license when I was 14.
