When was the last time you flipped out/lost your cool?

The Charles Oakley situation got me thinking about this....
Late summer in September
Cab driver (Some Nigerian) blew the horn at me while I'm crossing the street during rush hour, (suggesting that I get out of his way so he can turn), even though I had the green light and green "walk" signal.
I turned around and yelled "F*** YOU...YOU PURPLE arse M***** F*****" at the top of my lungs and threw my Slurpee at him. I frickin' lost it.

Was walking out of the Roosevelt Hotel a few Mothers Days back. Some POS street trash comes walking by and tells my grandmother to watch where shes walking. I remember thinking its a good thing it was a city bus he got kicked into because anything else would have got dented the frick up and I would have had to pay for it.

Pretty much everyday. But I try to keep them to myself.
Last week, I flipped out on a coworker. A lot of mistakes made on a high dollar project for one of my customers and they were all our companies fault. I obviously wasn't happy and was told to calm down by the people making the mistakes. Well, I did the opposite. I don't think I've ever said f**k so many times in a 5 minute span.

About 3 years ago my ex cheated on me, when I found out it was like WW3 in the house with shite flying around. Literally never understood the term seeing red until then. I am the absolute calmest person on earth but I was like a switch went off and nothing I had experienced before.

Last true 'lost my cool' in public...
I designed parts for an oilfield parts manufacturer. Owner wants to start building new products and I'm given specs and told to make it happen. The parts required tighter tolerances than the machine shop was used to.
Called a meeting one day and one of the machinist supervisor is complaining the whole time about my drawings. "Your tolerances are too tight" "We can't do that". Keep in mind this is just laziness and lack of skill, not equipment. They would routinely complain about tolerances of +/- .03".
I finally blew my shite. Basically yelled that it wasn't I who chose to start building these parts. If he had any more complaints he needed to go tell the owner himself, etc.
The room was quiet for a bit. Felt good though.

I lost my shite with a vendor just this week. Customer service isn't what it use to be.
