I bought my first (and only) aftermarket synthetic stock nearly 30 years ago from Brown Precision. I've got a number of synthetic XP-100 stocks, as well, 3 from HS Precision and 2 from McMillan. I've been satisfied w/ all of the aforementioned stocks. The only stock manufacturer who disappointed me was MPI. OTOH, at least they did issue me a full refund. Be sure and check the wait time as it may be quite long.

Thanks for the feedback.
I will do some more homework

I do know a gunsmith. I will ask if he would work on an untouched stock.
