Matt did some work for me. It was a nightmare, but my issue wasn't so much with him. It was the coordinator he had working for him, dude named Lee. Harrassed my wife and I once caught him defecating in my back yard. And whenever my dog would see him, dog would mysteriously back his butt up against the wall.

My father-in-law and I researched heavily before investing into our EHRs, however I've got plenty of colleagues who just went with the first company that walked through their door (their salesmen) and were out $50k-$100k when they went to get tax reimbursement and found out the companies didn't meet government standards and no reimbursements would be coming. Hundreds of millions were made by these over night companies (many of which no longer exist) and the offices were stuck.
Always research, double and triple research before handing over $s given or vouched for by the government for any project you have need for.
