innocent people aren't indicted on over 130 counts of felony fraud with no bail and MANY more counts to come

Why in the frick is someone sending a "list all your complaints" letter out with an estimate. That makes no sense.

victim paid $31k to have this guy frick his house up even worse, and then get a lien placed
