There's gotta be more to this than what's out in the media. If not, it looks like NOLA high school football coaches are running LSU football.

Can't speak to why Juluke was relieved other than what I've read online.
Craig was a malcontent employee who wasn't very good about hiding it. He was looking elsewhere anyway.

LSU’s head coach is in the process of hiring a new area recruiter. He had been in touched with St. Augustine alum David Johnson, Memphis’ wide receivers coach, who turned down the job because of the growing rift between the area head coaches and LSU, the source said.

Any truth to this?

If so, what a clusterfrick.

Where is the goddamn continuity Joe was blathering about?

Maybe they should have sent their kids to LSU and helped Juluke keep his job.

When did I say it's racist?
When did I say I agree with the 'boycott'

This is what it is all about. White coach from New Orleans reassigned? Zero fricks given by these coaches.

Any coach using these kids as leverage is a piece of shite.

I dont really blame Orgeron here, sounds like some unprofessional HCs who are upset their friend didnt work out. However, this reminds me of the kinds of shite Orgeron got himself into as the HC of Ole Miss. Not a good look.

If the coaches were going to do this, they should have just kept their mouths shut and done it. Now they are going to look stupid in the end when they can't uphold their threats. I doubt very much public schools can do this. I realize not all are public but a few are.

These high school coaches have a lot of leverage. LSU looks weak recruiting-wise in state as is after the high profile kids who are leaving the state. But, to have this in New Orleans isn't a good look.
