I literally responded to the question you asked about what ethnic foods New Orleans is missing.. Which is plenty.

And again, we have Indian, we have Korean, just because we dont have 100 Indian restaurants isnt indicative of a lack of ethnic food. And the original question where new orleans should rank for dining?
