I didn't see this as a black and white issue, but rather as why is somebody's bedroom preferences being discussed so openly. I mean, at first I was shocked and Deion doubled, tripled, quadrupled down, then I did chuckle in "damn, I can't believe he said that" kind of way.
The only way he could have been more blunt was to tell McLovin he has no chance because she is only down for the BBC. That's really what he said but in a humorous way.
I can only imagine if it was a gay joke, or yes, a white guy saying what Deion said. I bet there would be some backlash.

I think that anyone who calls himself a man should be held to socially accepted standards. It doesn't matter if he is the President or some dumb arse athlete. A real man does not go on national tv and degrade another human being.

OK, folks. This is not a political thread, but what Trump said was in 2005 in a private conversation that got caught on tape way before he even thought of running for Prez. End of that.
Second, what Deion said on radio and tv was pretty shocking, even though I laughed at him calling McLovin too pale(that is a joke amongst the guys on the show by the way).

Well if we are being blunt I'm sure she wouldnt care what color a guy was as long as he gets her to the top. To think she only takes the BBC isn't correct. And to the folks who think nothing would happen to Steve Young if he had said this you are completely wrong. Steve Young would be suspended and fired.

If Charissa wasn't cool with this then what Deion said could be sexual harassment. But they work together and are probably friends. Someone's racial preference isn't that taboo of a subject anymore unless you're a racist.
