How in the hell is the "vetting process" going to know who is a terrorist or not when the refugees dont have any papers(birth certificate, drivers license) or any other ID for that matter. We have already seen this in Europe when the refugees make up false names to get it.
In Vietnam we didn't know who was north Vietnamese or who was south Vietnamese. They all looked the same and none of them had much for an ID and look how that worked out for our soldiers in certain situations.
In American Sniper, Chris Kyle's first kills were a woman and child so how do you know who isn't radicalized or not?

Immigrants need to vouch for other ones. If a bad egg turns up, then the one who vouched for them gets deported as well.
