Don't over exert yourself. Ease into it or you will be too sore to go back for a good while.

you can take all the shite you want you just need to take it super easy. I mean you will feel like a bitch with the baby weight. Dont do anything to failure, cut the sets short. If you start to feel it in the gym its too late. Its a big ego check, but its the only thing you can do.

I can't believe no one has given you the correct answer yet, which is good old-fashioned epsom salt. They even make epsom salt bubble bath now. This is the only thing that will truly help relieve the soreness. Pick some up at WM on your way to work out and be sure to soak tonight when you get home. You'll be glad you did!
