It truly is amazing what the remedial vote can accomplish in this country. We'll have to right this thing in a few years.

Yep. It's more amazing that half our country apparently had no problem his ludicrous, embarrassing campaign.

Especially if you piss them off enough where they're pretty set against you.

Hope springs eternal.

As long as Trump has a good economy going, ObamaCare and its replacement isn't a disaster, and there hasn't been a huge foreign policy frick up, he'll be in damn good shape for reelection.

Two term presidents have been the norm for the last 30 years.

Probably the most impressive part of the whole election is the way people like you continue to be so fricking smug and hold forth like some sort of sooth sayer, as if you have your hand on the pulse of American Ideals. Ignore for a second that Trump won and consider for the past 8 years you goofballs have proclaimed here on the poli board that the republicans could never win another presidential election, some of you going so far as to say "national election." Now open your eyes to the victory of Trump, we won with a candidate who's message was "those other dudes are full of shite."

You and the other shills here were so fantastically wrong that anyone with just a modicum of humility would have paused and reconsidered their idea of the political spectrum, but you fricking people. Hot damn I hope your children are more self aware than you dense bastards lol.
