I certainly hope Amik Robertson makes it in this class given the numbers crunch.

Will room for him be created should Moffitt agree to grayshirt?

I think only the coaches can answer that.

I hope so. His situation reminds me of when we offered the Honey Badger. Kid is a baller.

I think he's the last spot. If we don't take him its cause we got all the big names and will have to make sure with the corners we have

Exactly, what numbers? We aren't getting all the kids you think we are getting. Yes, their will be room for Amik.

If anyone would have to agree to grayshirt for Amik to get in, it would be Amik.

Nonetheless, the only way I see Amik getting in is if we miss on too many players.

I don't know about you, but I definitely would prefer to take another edge rusher, linebacker, or defensive tackle before I'd take Amik, especially with the kind of talent that will be available in 2018.

I mean we already have Jontre Kirklin, JaCoby Stevens, Kary Vincent Jr., Grant Delpit. Hence, we already have enough defensive backs.

Not to mention, that if he came to LSU, considering his size and weight, he'll probably end up being a special teams player.

He would play nickleback. His skill set is different than we have

No one is taking a greyshirt. Who was the last recruit to agree to that? It shouldn't even be brought up any more

He is a huge homer he thinks we are getting everyone, nothing wrong with that but if you want to read "tea leaves" don't do it from him. Just a little advice, writes a lot of material that's a huge plus!

That’s not what Spiegelman says at all. He says we’ll take Harris as long as we have a spot left. He says it is quite a bit less likely for Robertson, and then says, "Houston and Louisiana Tech represent good options for a prospect who wants to remain close to home in Thibodaux, La."

Then he further says, "truth be told, LSU needs a defensive tackle, an edge rusher or an inside linebacker more than it needs another elite defensive back at the moment."

NO, not a take in my eyes. Look at who we got and who is coming next year. If we miss out on Mr. Plaquemine then maybe but I don't think we are doing this kid a favor. I say no way he ever sees the field.

Quit star grazing the kid is a baller and if he wants to come we take him, he will come in with a chip on his shoulder and work harder than anyone and that will get him on the field
