Troof. Problem is, no matter what party is running the country, have you ever seen government run "streamlined". Here's hoping it happens, but I'm not holding my breath. In government, it always takes just a little bit more money than they are currently allocated to operate. Take any money away and they act as if they can't function at all.

I'm not a fan of the political nature of the EPA, but at the same time I do lean towards protecting the environment where there is legitimate concern. So there is a need for oversight, just not what it's been for so long.
