What do you consider Rush Limbaugh? He is extreme, but he also had, and still has, a very popular radio show. He referred to her looks and had a track of dogs barking. She was 12 or 13 at the time.
As for the Obamas, an aide for a Republican representative from Tennessee(Fincher I think, going off memory) chided the way they dressed in an insulting manner.
Perhaps "nasty" is a misnomer on the latter. I have seen many conservatives not in the media or entertainment industry make nasty comments about them though.

And it was wrong.
What the left has done so far to BT pretty much makes the Clinton, Bush, and Obama look like child's play. Fun part is, this has just begun.
Anyone who has paid attention to the left the past several years knows this will only get worse.
