I think my husband could have spent 30 minutes just staring at that car.

Great job with the pics!

I've been in Phoenix all weekend, but too busy to get over there and finally see it in person. Caught some of it on TV when I could, but mostly followed it in here.

Solid pics for sure. I really like that short bed power wagon. And whatever that gray camaro with the custom hood has under it, must be really mean.

IMO the best cars there were the old Vettes that were totally redone to make them more modern, there were a few that were unreal!

None, the 2 I liked went for 264k and 265k. There were a lot of HUGE badass mint convertibles from the mid-late 30's that went for around 50k though and if they are even semi-decent for short drives I may need to grab one next year for fun!

Great pics. The World of Wheels is here, next weekend I think. Was going to pass, but the auction on TV and these pics are great advertisement for it. May have to go.

power wagon

Those are one of my husband's favorites...hence why I took pics of pretty much every power wagon we walked by(same with any land cruisers and broncos we saw). He really LOVED the forest green one(one of the last vehicles to cross the block last night) that went for 90k.

Also...yall notice the MASSIVE white truck...that only went for 62k...that thing was ridiculous.

I didn't even take pics of the other stuff at the auction. There were some insane boats they had in the vendor section that I forgot to take pics of. OT baller boats yall would have loved.

A friend of a friend built that truck and I was with him and his family when it went on the block Friday night. They were hoping to get $100k for it and were very disappointed.

Just as I was looking at, I overheard SEVERAL people commenting at the price and that they couldn't believe it went for so low and how awesome they thought the vehicle was. If it makes your friends feel any better.

Sorry that was the one pic I didn't get. Honestly though...I saw the pics of her posted in the thread....any pics I took likely wouldn't have been as good as those posted.

I don't think you realize how the layout is. Each of the times we were in the auction area it was insanely packed. Also...I was pushing my dad around. Otherwise, maybe I could have squeezed my way in to the front and snapped pics. It was so packed in there, anytime we were moving I was just doing my best not to hit people with my dad's wheelchair

That's a steal for $62k. I know if I were there and F you money, that sum bitch would've been mine.

Why? Because I'd want to drive it for a little while just to say I did. And if I had brought money were 70 thousand wasn't shite, I know if bid on it just because.
