Even a fool should know that if he's protesting in the street, he runs the risk of getting run over.......protest on the sidewalk in front of city hall or the capitol, (as the framers intended) not so much.

If "protesting" in the middle of the street, yeah. Its called obstructing a city/state/fed highway and its illegal...but then again, you think the law doesn't apply to butthurt, ignorant, intolerant, bigoted, racist, pajama boy criminals.
