I don't know if it's the biggest flop, but Al Copeland had 2 restaurants flop at the mall of Louisiana in the span two or three years in the late 1990s.

Straya - struggled to catch on until they finally ditched the concept, duplicated the Cheesecake Factory, and reopened under its current 'Cheesecake Bistro' name.

Wrap & Roll - Opened with the mall of Louisiana and closed before the first carousel ride was finished. This one should get bonus points since they closed the sherwood location too.

Straya did fine, but when copeland got divorced (straya was her maiden name) he redid the restaurant
