Well it's certainly possible that the person that initially called was working with "Quincy" as a two-sided fraud approach, one trying to open an account with his info, and one trying to phish him.

Yeah. I thought that was against policy of all of these major corporations. They shouldn't solicit that information if they are contacting you. Because of obvious phishing scam security reasons. They might if you call them. Whole thing sounds phishy.
