Then try to get those fed laws removed. I agree with the marijuana crowd but the law is still on the books. Remove it and I would have no complaints about it.

Yep. Picking and choosing which laws to enforce is partly why Trump won. People are tired of the sanctuary city nonsense.

If Trump repeals Obamacare, decriminalizes MJ at the Fed level, and lowers the corporate tax rate, he'll go down as a Libertarian hero.

There are plenty of obsolete and/or absurd laws that are not enforced. There is nothing Constitutionally offensive about this.
Now, the selective enforcement of a particular law (this does not mean selecting which laws to enforce, but against whom to enforce a particular law) obviously runs afoul of due process/ equal protection.
