I gotta ask, why? Both of these cost damn near the same thing as a Tundra.

After being in a fullsize, you'll hate them both equally.

Can't fit my Tundra in my garage, don't how much of anything. Pretty much no need for full size truck.

This. You will regret a mid-size and won't save hardly anything on gas which I assume has to be your biggest motivator

ETA: if the only thing you're gaining is garage parking that's an even worse reason to downgrade

Actually you're really off here. I built the tundra and Tacoma with the same interior and amenities. Tundra was 7-8k more.

I downsized from Silverado to Colorado in 2015. I like both trucks (son still drives the Silverado) but the Colorado has way better ride and handling. No issues in 19 months so far.

I got the crewcab with the 6' bed and I'm glad. The 5' bed is too short for a lot of things I haul to camp.
