simple, if you get pregnant under the age of 25, aren't married, and it isn't rape, you're ineligible for gov assistance. notice i left out incest, because that would obv be rape too, and if its not you dont deserve the shite anyway.
watch how quickly those white trash/ghetto pussies clench up when they find out big brother wont pay for them to have kids.

There's not.
And even if there was (there's not), it would just become a state issue where some states would have different laws regarding abortion.

And have the birth rate of poors and trash skyrocket? Thus making the welfare net that much larger?
Because our poors and trash birthrate has slowed so much since Roe v. Wade.

Are you arguing that the birth rate wouldn't skyrocket if abortions were made illegal again?
Really?
Really?
So the million plus abortions had each year, if they were made illegal... Wouldn't mean a net increase of births by a million plus?
And get this.... The rate of poors getting abortions is MUCHO higher than rich folk getting abortions.

Good.
It should be a decision of the states, period.

It's not going anywhere.

Would you like to address my point? Or hyperventilate? Your decision.

Well it's slowed by a million births a year. And once those frick trophies reach breeding age they pop out their own frick trophies.
If the 1 million number has been constant since 1973, that is 43 million less people today then there would be. Now, take in that poors have more kids earlier and life.
So yes. Abortion HAS slowed the birth rate of poors.

Republicans are going to squander all of this good will they have by going after another social issue that most of the young generation doesn't consider a problem.
This would be a disaster. You gotta think with your brain from time to time people.

I'm a republican. And I absolutely support abortion simply on fiscal reasons alone.
Poors have kids they can't afford and we have to pay for it. I'd rather them abort their child than me be on the hook for a MINIMUM of 18 years. And let's be honest, since mostly poor people get abortions, their child will be raised in a shitty household. Be more likely to drop out, abuse drugs, be jailed. And.... Are you ready? HAVE MULTIPLE frick TROPHIES THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO SUPPORT.
So the cycle continues and we're on the hook for their kids.

I'm far from a SCOTUS expert but I would be shocked if the Roberts court addresses Roe in any way.
Posted on 1/8/17 at 1:06 pm to LSUTigersVCURams
There seems to be a misunderstanding of what would happen should Roe v Wade be overturned. If it happens then it becomes a state issue. I would be willing to bet that states like New York, California et. al. would not pass any laws making abortion illegal. Other states such as Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas et. al would immediately pass laws making abortion illegal.
Abortions would still be available but one may have to travel.

Poors' birth rates relative to professionals' birthrate has skyrocketed. Poors are 6X more likely to have an unplanned birth and 5X more likely to have an unplanned pregnancy. So while the birthrate has dropped, it's not helping us with poors outbirthing professionals.
Also, while the birthrate might initially climb, there's obviously going to be some reactions in people's behavior with less access to abortion. Over 90% of abortions are birth control. Without it available, there would be other changes in people's behavior.

How will RvW be overturned? Even conservatives justices have sided with prior SC rulings.
Roe V Wade is settled.

It does help. A little. But it's there.
A REAL way to stem this is sterilization. I gave my plan on the previous page. And got downvoted a lot. Yet no one will come and debate about it.
Sterilize the slums. Sterilize the violent offenders. Itll take a generation to really see the effects. But it will drastically help.

What type of force do you propose? Throwing them in jail and giving the kid up for adoption? Forcing the unwanted kid to live with them?
all hail Emperor Mango, he can enact a one child policy like china for the poors im sure the Republicans in Congress would support it.

No one is debating because its completely ridiculous. Right to procreate is a fundamental right in America. Also, forced sterilization sounds like big government and is antithetical to personal liberty.

I think abortion is a blight on our Nation.
And there is no way it will be overturned.
