Yeah, I usually like using Texas Toast too and I have a couple of avocados I intended to slice and add to the sandwich but forgot. Next time!
BTW, the cheese is actually the middle of two grilled cheese sandwiches. The griddle smushes them pretty thin and that's why they were perfect for an Extreme BLT. And I too love a good 'ol plain BLT too but couldn't resist.
