Optifade Camo for Louisiana?

PSA: This is not about Sitka gear specifically. I don't want to start that fight.
For discussions sake ... Other than the Waterfowl Marsh, are any of Gore's Optifade camo patterns really suitable for Louisiana?
Both the Open Country and Elevated seem too "bright" (for lack of a better term) for Louisiana tree stand hunting. I'm sure they are great for the midwest or mountains, but they just seem to have too much white/light for LA.
Agree? Disagree? Personal experiences?

I like the waterfowl timber more than the waterfowl marsh, fwiw
Eta. But like most thjngs. Camo isn't really needed. Just brush and cover yourself in whatever situation you're in

I think people notice camo patterns more than animals. Deer will spot a silhouette no matter what pattern you've got on and they will walk right by you no matter what you're wearing if youve got good cover behind you.
Buy what you like, dont sweat the pattern.

I think the science reflects that camo such as Predator, ASAT, digital, or Optifade is more effective for animals who largely see in grey scale than other darker camo. I've had really incredible success deer hunting with ASAT in the past. I don't hunt in an area with big deer, but ours are spooky, and I've had old does at 15ft staring at me with no idea what I was.
Earlier poster is right though. Hide well and don't move, and it doesn't matter what you're wearing.

"bright"
Funny you say this.
I have a traverse t in the marsh camo that I had on in the blind during the first split and when I got out to retrieve a bird, bright is the term the other hunters used to describe it. Said it stood out like a neon light in the marsh. Had never really noticed until they brought it up.
I won't wear it as an outer layer any more.
