It is NOT true. It is not even remotely true. Of the 3 main points of that article, all of them are horseshite.
Honestly, it's disturbing that otherwise reasonable people like you are so taken in with this ridiculous narrative about what the Obama Administration was attempting to do in Syria. And you wonder why the U.S. intelligence community is concerned about the effects of Russian media and propaganda efforts? For the love of God, people, wake the frick up.
