He wasn't the best but he had one hell of a run. He was on damn near everyone's song in that era too.

This right here. His rhymes were pretty weak but the production value was top notch and his delivery was catchy (although like someone said he never switched it up)

Not sure about the best, but he was the most played on my napster playlist while I was knocking some boots back in college
