I'll give you a hint.
It names 2 specific RIS (Russian intelligence services)
It prefaced this by saying it was both civilian and military.
Says there is a long history from ATP28/ATP29 targeting government officials. It gives 0 specifics or proof of this history.
Gives you information you already know on how phishing works. Phishing is actually quite simple and I could probably do it if I put the effort into it.
Use bitly to shorten URL. Make website that looks the same as Target website. Get loser to believe your site is legit and put their login info in.

Russia invades crimea. US takes little action.
Russia bombs Syria. Obama yawns.
Democrats get asses kicked in elections, Russian spies kicked put of US. But obama was cool with then previous 8 years.
I guess the 1980s is getting its foreign policy back! If only democrats would have listened to Romney instead of making sick burns at his expense.
