In terms of accomplishments, he's barely top 50. Snyder took over a terrible program and made them into a respectable one so he deserves credit for that. However he only has two conference titles, never finished in the top 5, won a major bowl game only once, etc... Plus it's not like Kansas State didn't have any resources to work with like say an Iowa State. The state of Kansas has one of the best JUCO football systems in the country and Snyder was able to use that pipeline to his full advantage to build the K-State program.

While I tend to fall more in line with the above, it just amazes me that whenever he's not coaching K State they are full of the suck, he swoopes back in to save the program again, and low and behold, they become a decent program again. His second tenure to me has been pretty impressive.

Most underrated coach in all of sports. Kansas St. was historically the worst college football program in America when he took over. If they would have had the college playoffs in the late 90's-2000 he would have gone to the playoffs 6 or 7 times. He recruits 2 star kids and competes at the highest level at Kansas St.

Way to Gump up your view. Because he didn't win a national title at KState, he is not top 50. Snyder is the best coach in America today period.

I get it, yet when he is not there where does this "pipeline" go?
