Help With Base For Outdoor Storage Shed

Building a 12x10 Wooden shed. Having chain wall poured. What size sill and floor joists would be appropriate ? Was Thinking 2x8 base with 2x6 joists with 3/4" flooring.

I would be more worried about the termites than the base specs.

I just built a 12x16 shed and used 4x6 skids and 2x6 floor joists with 1/2 osb board for the flooring.
