* Blue Grass Miracle: People went nuts in Herget. I swear someone ran down the hall playing the trumpet.

* 2003 BCS Championship: Everyone was in respective apartments watching the bowl selection, when they announced LSU everyone ran outside into the courtyard area and hanging off balconies at ECA just chanting LSU. It was crazy and I'll always remember it.

Beating Florida State in 1982, 55-21, Beating Rice in 1977, 77-0, & Davey to Reed like practice 35-21 over Alabama, off the top of my head.

I'll keep it to what I was there for in person…

Earthquake

Twillie pick

Donaldson Pick 6

Suplex of Nix in NEZ

Left Field Bleacher Creatures(original crew on original bleachers) and helping D. Hagan go 0-12 for the series

Walker sending a ball into outer space

Every home baseball game(reg and post season) from 91 through 96

Kennison punt return vs Moo St

Stromile posterizing Mihm

Russell to Doucet @ ASU

Skull dragging UofA in Tucson(ASU Alum)

Going to all the games with my dad, even though it was the Hallman era

First game in TGBFTL... my spot in "pregame" was middle of the "S" on the 50-yard line. Pretty sweet for an 18-yo freshman.

Football team sucked balls during my time (Archer/Hallman). But I did get to every home game with Shaq for 2 seasons and 2 baseball NC's.

Was there for that, what a game. I remember someone threw a hot dog at calipari and they came on the loud speaker "please do not throw objects on the court" lol. Also STTDB was loud in the marivich center.

Texy Mexy mentioned two of my first thoughts. So let me add to that.

In the last minute of play, Tyrus Thomas sealing the deal as LSU beat my most hated team, Duke in the 2006 NCAA basketball tourney, thankfully eliminating the Blue Devils.

Of course, the unforgettable Warren Morris home run; and

Attending the Februrary, 2001, Bayou Bash on National Signing Day. This class was one of the best ever signed by LSU and to me, by any college ever, as many played crucial roles in the Tigers winning the 2003 national title. Among the signees: Michael Clayton, Marcus Spears, Marquise Hill, Joseph Addai, Travis Daniels, Nate Livings, Andrew Whitworth, Ben Wilkerson and Rudy Niswanger.

Omaha championship game in 1996. First week of summer after 8th grade. Memories with my dad I'll never forget.

Being at all 3 BCS championships with my family but especially with my dad. I remember all 3 vividly. We all know about the last one so let's not get sidetracked with that one.

Also being at every home game with him. I remember when TJ Yeldon fumbled and Beckwith recovered a couple years ago. It happened right in front of us. We were high fiving each other.

The game didn't go as we had hoped but it's still a very special and fond memory for me.

I miss him so much. I still love going to the games like always but it's an uncomfortable reality not having him there with me like before.

I sure miss him. I know he's watching though. I can promise you all that. Next to his family, the Tigers were what he loved the most.

One of my most heartbreaking moments was 08 vs Bama. One hell of a game. Sad to see it end. Was also there for 07 vs Arky when McFadden ripped us a new one. 07 Auburn was great, and so was 09 Arkansas when we had the all white unis with gold helmets. Helluva good look

Three that come to mind are:

- When the announcer in Tiger Stadium first said the phrase "The sun has found its home in the western sky....it's Saturday night in Tiger Stadium"

- When Les had us take a knee on the one yard line with 6 minutes left on the clock at Ole Miss.

- When Tyrann Mathieu ran back the punt during the SEC championship game against Georgia...that play changed the momentum of the game more than any single play I have ever seen.

My 8th grade football team came play UHigh. Before the game, we got to watch LSU's practice and meet the players. Hodson, Andolsek, Wendell Davis, Dave Browndyke gave me his wrist band.

The Georgetown game in the dome
03 Georgia

My sons' first football game... we had endzone tickets and Buga gave his hand signal to my kids while they were warming up.

-did the band thing and got to see some great football and only missed 2 games between 07-10. I will never be able to top that experience.

-Hester's 4th quarter drive vs Florida '07

-Tyran Mathieu, except the 2011 Bama rematch in Nola

-'09 when Coleman handled Texas in Omaha

-'03 natty in a last minute ticket grab

-07' Natty watching Les drive down Bourbon in a limo holding the crystal ball out of the roof

Been a good run so far, hopefully I'll be able to see my Son get to enjoy the same festivities when his number is called.

My first game I was nine (I'm 53 now) and my Dad brought me. I had been to quite a few high school games at that point but I had never seen Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night. What an experience for a nine year old. We beat Miss. St. To go to the Orange Bowl.

USC 1979- been to many games but that was the loudest.

Last fall my wife and I watched our son do his first pre- game in TGBFTL. My wife is crying and I'm just trying to swallow the lump in my throat.

Watching the OT of the Tennessee game in 2000 standing on the sidelines with the rest of the student section, then rushing the field. Warren Morris Homer in the CWS. The last few games in the old Alex Box. Rushing the PMAC court after beating #1 Arizona.
