The Failire to Monitor won't stick you and I both know that.

They have no case on that because UNC has proven that they did monitor by enrolling kids in certain classes. As they proved they allow the student body to enroll in those classes.

Your oversimplification response to my post is exactly that, to show you it's not the classes they're going to get them on it will be grades ineligibility and APR.

What will be interesting is if they have anything new as in tutors or Academic Advisors that have turned.
