Bama paid Kiffin $1.4 million this year. They also paid Jeremy Pruitt $1,000,000. For reference bama paid Kirby Smart $1.5 million before he left for UGA.

If Saban wants a guy, you aren't going to outbid him. I've also read that if Lane stayed at his current salary, he'd be making $2.1m.
