My home value in BR proper disagrees.

It's always calm before the storm. I own a home in Woodgate. Even I, in my Highland Road bubble, am not naive enough to think it's untouchable with this Mayor. She's already on record being in agreement with Barrack's plan for suburban America.

My home value in BR proper agrees. I mean, if I ever even get an offer. Tanking.

this, I live in zip 70817 - none of the 200 plus homes in our subdivision didn't flood. Lot of the flood victims from LP and AP (the 30 to 40 yr olds)- are staying with relatives as I type. I am very satisfied with the value of my home and the few in the subdivision that was for sale is long gone.
