This. It becomes an issue in the snow when it accumulates on the field, visibility is an issue, you can't see the lines and lose traction. Regardless of talent on the field, it slows the game to a crawl and makes ball security difficult. But this doesn't happen often during the college season. Wind, cold, rain, sleet however is a frequent thing.
