I don't disagree with most things you post. But that one is pretty out there. To do that, you'd need the entire wedding party at the church at least an hour earlier than they would normally get there. That means the grand parents, parents, all wedding party. You lose the groom's reaction to seeing his bride.

I just don't see the benefit.
