Noam Chomsky is such an old liberal toad, comparable to George Soros. Both are cut from the same cloth. The only difference is Chomsky isn't a billionaire, but his influence on academia and leftist intellectuals is far greater.

A quote he made recently:

quote:

Chomsky has been a vocal critic of Mr Trump and declared the Republican party “the most dangerous organisation in world history” with him at the helm. “The party is dedicated to racing as rapidly as possible to destruction of organised human life," he said in October. "There is no historical precedent for such a stand."

Yep, guys. Republicans are the most dangerous people in world history. And not only that, they want to exterminate all organized human life. Did you realize that, guys? When you voted for Trump, you voted to destroy the world.

Chomsky is one of the most cited academics in history and yet he believes this nonsense. (Or does he? If he doesn't believe it, ask yourself why he would say it.)

Only ****y college liberals and those who never grow out of that phase like Chomsky. Don't pay him any attention.

Well his work in linguistics and cognition is quite reputable; that's why he is so frequently cited.

Chomsky is a little bit out of it at this point -- he's 88.

In this case he puts too much value on the parties being totally separate entities.

I have ridicule for Noam over some other issues, but to say he's anything like George Soros is just an absurd lack of understanding.

Noam is an anarchist socialist. He believes in the aim for no government.

He speaks out admittedly against the vision of the likes of Soros.

The way you have parenthesized these names gives me the impression that you are incredibly pathetic.

Chomsky is a rambling wreckage of bullshite when it comes to political discourse

Gad Saad plays a great game called something like "6 degrees of Noam Chomsky Thinking" that links everything back to the military-industrial complex

The Saad Truth

What a interesting person you must be. To take a single quote made for the press and to then formulate an entire lifes' history and worldview from it. I wouldn't call you a tool I would call you a dumbfrick and an asslicker!

yall are worked up over what an 88 year old socialist says. He didn't really have anything nice to say about obama.

I saw him speak in 2012, and he raked obama over the coals. he is an excellent speaker btw.

This thread reads like something from the Harvard bar scene in Good Will Hunting. Noam Chomsky is like abstract art, or free form jazz, those that admit they don't understand it are looked upon as intellectually challenged, those that claim to understand it are lying.
