there is a guy off of West Esplanade with a really nice off shore boat, I like seeing it every time I pass. I have no issues at all with a working boat parked on the driveway. If it's on bricks or a broken trailer and hasn't seen water in years, yes then it's an eyesore.

But a blanket ban because the current generation finds anything not beige and cookiecutter trashy is just wrong.

this should be the case.

if your trailer has flat tires and the boat has a couch stuffed in it you should get fined.



something like this is fine by me. of course I usually don't worry about what others do
