no way i'm investing myself in the gasser trial like i did this one. this was emotionally draining and exhausting and gasser can go to hell for all i care.

I've been following along, being very quiet about it. IMO, it should have been Murder2 and attempted murder. Reasoning is I can't see how CH doesn't have a way to get out of the situation even if Smith was going get his gun.
